ADGECROFT is founded by Bo Memhave, and we are a business consultant with over 25 years of consulting experience within industrial, construction, IT and pharmaceutical industries, we have had a variety of positions at C-level in both Danish and international companies.
Our starting point is "The Big Why" in order to improve our customers' performance. We do not believe that the world can continue to be extended with planks, we know from our daily lives that some companies heroically trying to save themselves, by looking around. The future is no longer reasonably predictable based on past - in fact, it can be amazingly different, and the world has become a more turbulent place, where anyone with a new idea; can set into action before you can say "start-up" and everyone can start a trend with a single tweet.
It has left managers with a real problem, and a more polarized view on company values. We have to familiarize ourselves that every opportunity is wrong, but a way that help us to learn what is the "right", in other words, we have to make our business adaptable.
